Teaching Ideas
Before reading this book to my students, we would have a discussion and make a class list of what each student wanted to be when they grow up. We would then also have a discussion about how easy or hard they think it would be to obtain the job they want. We would read the book as a class and then I would have students complete a project all about their dream job or profession and have them present it to the class.
